Make-A-Wish Foundation is a company where kids with life-threatening medical conditions can make a wish. 14-year-old Tyler Gressle wished for his own Yu-Gi-Oh! card: Tyler the Great Warrior. This card is the only one of its kind in existence.

This monster cannot be Special Summoned. When this card destroys a monster as a result of battle and sends it to the Graveyard, inflict damage to your opponent's Life Points equal to the ATK of the destroyed monster.
