As part of our bee-keeping project in Zimbabwe (WK Kellogg Foundation), World Links Zimbabwe ran workshops through their local community centres. In this case, 240 people came to learn about bee-keeping and they decided there are then to start a co-operative to produce and sell honey. Success.

The outcomes of this project is highlighted in this lovely video . A community workshop that looked at the potential for bee-keeping attracted 240 people. Dividing into smaller groups, each worked through our Bee-keeping Virtual Reality simulations (in Shona), then spend the remainder of the day discussing how best to get a co-operative bee-keeping project up and running in the village... They are producing honey to this day.
