But BIDS research results show that the relationship between education and employment is changing in Bangladesh. There is no such idea that if you are educated, you will get a job.There is no guarantee that a career-graph will be good if you do well in academic life. The one who is studying is not getting a job or the career is not attractive to him.So the engineer or doctor is going through BCS to the foreign office, administrative or police cadre.After studying zoology, he is working in a bank or insurance sector. There is no correlation of work with formal education. But the real purpose of education is to ensure that this harmony, appropriate respect and earning money according to merit.
The triumph of commerce in the public-private universities of the country for employment. Lots of children are coming out with BBA and MBA every year. Almost all of them want jobs. There are also problems with self-employment, the kind of personal infrastructure needed to do business.


Unemployment of educated people is a big inconvenience. BIDS Director General to highlight various aspects of the study. KAS Murshid said that in a country with high economic growth, there is usually a problem of unemployment among educated youth. The fear, however, is that if a large section of the educated are out of the development process, social unrest could ensue.Having a son or daughter unemployed after so much state and family investment is not only painful, but a waste of resources. The study shows that the rural-urban difference in employment is quite clear.There are more job opportunities in urban areas than in rural areas in salaried jobs. The metropolitan city is ahead. However, the village is ahead of the city in self-employment. Unemployment rate is higher in villages.What is the benefit of creating so many highly educated people every year? Even though we have such an educated population, we have to invite huge foreigners in our corporate world with high salaries. We need to think about this, we need to find out the reason why this is happening.In our experience, the poor are not unemployed. Unemployment is low among the poor. Unemployment problem is what we usually know, it is actually those who are educated and they are not the ones who actually get jobs. The rich have no chance of becoming unemployed. Thoughts about the middle class, whose job opportunities are not expanding. A technician gets a well-paying job, and there is no shortage of work; But it does not create any social status. And this is how educated unemployed are created. The unreasonably unqualified ambitions of a huge educated population are in the air.So many people, but the entrepreneurs say, even if they get millions of job seekers, they don't get real job seekers. It is important to understand why the demand and supply in the labor market do not match. Those who are in the plan, think about education, think about the applied economy, decide whether the supply of educated unemployed will increase in the country, or there will be an education system from which a real workforce will be created.
