The house named "BANSURI" belongs to Mr. Prajeesh & Ms. Midhu. This is a stunning 1450 SQFT 3BHK house located in Malappuram Tirur - Kerala. They have a clear vision about their home and decided to build a traditional and tropical-inspired design house. Mr. Rafeeq is the assigned engineer for the house, and he fulfills their dream home. An open kitchen and a courtyard are also demanded from the client within the allocated budget. Ms. Midhu is well cared about purchasing each items that can fit into the budget. 25 to 30 lakhs was the fixed budget, and build the house within the budget; it reaches approx. 30 lakhs, including the front and side walls of this house. Owners purchased wood from whole and they assigned expert labors to make all the furnitures including staircase.
