The great hybrid work experiment is over at my company in Boston’s Financial District. We're officially going fully remote, and our office is closing forever. I decided to document my very last day to capture what we're gaining and what we're losing as we move into the future of work. This isn't just about giving up a commute. It's also about losing the spontaneous conversations, the team lunches, and the rituals like "tea time" that built our company culture. This is my story of the final 18-hour day at the office.

Notes: The footage was shot in Feb 2025 but it took some time to get published. For one, I had NO IDEA how the F to edit this video since this is not my normal style. And I had to wait for some work stuff to boil over before it felt reasonable to post this video, many months later. Since this is my first vlog style video, I am open to constructive criticisms if you have any!
