A man was arrested because of Pokémon cards. So, staff at Walmart in Alabama who work for loss prevention caught a man named Josh Hardy opening Pokémon packs and inserting some cards into his pocket. When he was confronted for not paying, he somehow fled and ran away on foot. What's shocking about this is that the man was actually a Calhoun County officer and was still in his uniform. Later that day, the Oxford police responded and searched. They spotted Hardy at a restaurant not far from Walmart while he was still holding those cards. He was found guilty of stealing and was taken to the city jail. He was also removed from his position as an officer. The sheriff has already made a public statement about this matter and how they'll do better as officers. This is, of course, unacceptable behavior, and please do not try it.
