A crime reporter, Ronnie (Karanvir Sharma), recounts a dangerous encounter with a woman to his newspaper editor and the area's DSP. While recovering from a recent break-up, he shifts to a rented house on the outskirts of Goa. There, he befriends his landlord's daughter, Maya (Mannara Chopra), not realising that she is a clinical psychopath. While he's only interested in being friends, Maya falls obsessively in love with him. Their relationship goes through countless ups and downs, and Ronnie even gets entangled in a murder case.
