The defense team in Alicia Andrews’ trial over rapper Julio Foolio’s murder in Tampa, Florida, has been getting on the judge’s nerves, and there was another dustup during a discussion about an attorney for Foolio’s mother sitting near the defense table.

The attorneys raised the issue today with Judge Michelle Sisco in Florida’s 13th Judicial Circuit Court.

The attorney denied recording the defense team when Sisco questioned him today (Thursday, October 30, day 7). The judge asked the lawyer to sit elsewhere, and he agreed.

That’s when someone on Andrews’ team with the last name Herrera spoke up, angering Judge Sisco.

“Ms. Herrera, stop. I didn’t ask you to talk,” the judge said.

“I didn’t know I had to ask,” Herrera said.

“Yeah, you do,” Judge Sisco said.

“You need to stop right now, because you know what? You’ve been making faces throughout this entire trial, this entire trial. Yeah, you have been, and everything’s been caught on video,” the judge continued.

“I also hope that the court has caught and noticed all of the gestures and the tone which was addressed yesterday. But it’s fine, no problem. I will do my best,” Herrera said.

“Please do your best. Yeah. And your attitude is very disrespectful. I’ll note for the record,” the judge said.
