I keep putting off sharing content online because i am always getting caught up in not knowing what to say

now i finally decided let me just do it, I went to the pool and as I get got there kids were playing some games. it was the perfect inspiration i needed for this video, reminding me of our childlike nature, and to not take things so seriously, or try so hard for something to come out a certain way. If I did not know what to talk about and the video ended up being just about that, that would have been perfect and in this case children were there and it inspired me to just remember our childlike playful nature

Of course children just like all of us are not perfect, we all have things to learn, but sometimes or maybe even oftentimes we adults have a lot we can unlearn from a lot of conditioning we have taken on, that is possibly not allowing us to live our lives in our fullest potential, a life in alignment with who we truly are, through moving through life in what is our unique truth in every moment. These children reminded me of that, reminded me of coming back to my source, my being being someone playful, childlike, joyful and happy simply to be alive, to be able to experience life as it is with all the conditioning we have taken on throughout our lives removed, where life is fully lived in every moment
