I’m back—and this time, I’m doing it with my girl!
We’re kicking off a brand new 14-day flat stomach challenge, and we want YOU to join us.
This challenge is simple, effective, beginner-friendly, and perfect for working out at home—no gym or fancy equipment required. Just consistency, discipline, and a little motivation!
Start: Monday (or whenever you see this!)
Workout: Morning & Evening (optional, but powerful)
Challenge Breakdown:
Day 1: 20 reps x3
Day 2: 20 reps x3
Day 3: 20 reps x4
Day 4: Rest
Day 5: 20 reps x4
Day 6: 25 reps x3
Day 7: 25 reps x4
Day 8: Rest
Day 9: 30 reps x3
Day 10: 30 reps x3
Day 11: 30 reps x3
Day 12: 30 reps x4
Day 13: 30 reps x5
Day 14: 30 reps x5
Don’t worry if you don’t have dumbbells—you can always use water bottles. The most important thing is showing up every day and giving your best.
