Ingredients

Semolina(Sooji/Rava)-1 cup
Yogurt/curd-1/2 cup
Salt as per taste
Black pepper- 1/2 tsp
Water as required
Mix it well
Keep it aside for 20 minutes
Add coriander leaves, ginger, green chilli and water
Add cooking oil on tawa
Add 1 spoon batter and spread it evenly
Add onion,capcicm, tomato on top
Add butter and Cook for 3 mins on medium flame
Flip and cook another side take it out and once down
Ready to serve

Tomato Chutney recipe

Add oil in a pan
Chana dal + urad dal+cumin seeds+dry red chilli
Garlic cloves 8
Chopped onion 1
Sliced tomatoes 4
Salt to taste
A pinch of turmeric
Cook until tomato gets soft
Let it cool down and blend it
For tadka
Oil
Mustard seeds
Curry leaves
Dry red chilli
