🎉 On January 16, Hengli Hydraulics launched the world’s first closed-circuit energy recovery system and the largest hydraulic luffing cylinder for a 156 m piling barge at its headquarters in Changzhou, China.

🚀 This milestone showcases Hengli’s strength in large-scale, high-end equipment manufacturing and continuous technological innovation.

🌱 Featuring a pump-controlled closed-circuit energy recovery system, the solution achieves up to 40% energy recovery, reducing hydraulic shock while delivering significant energy savings and carbon reduction.

🌉 The system is scheduled to be deployed in June for the Brazil Salvador Trans-Sea Bridge, the world’s largest deepwater pile foundation project.
