JSSC Madhyamik Acharya JTMACCE Online Form 2025 While Form Filling Document Required
Photo : A passport-sized colored photo, Background should be white or light-colored.
Signature : Clear signature on white paper using a black or blue pen.
Educational Certificates : Candidates must have scanned copies of their Post-Graduate certificate or mark sheet and their B.Ed., B.Sc. Ed., Integrated B.Ed.-M.Ed., or an equivalent qualification as required for the subject they are applying for. These documents must be ready in the correct format for uploading during the online application process.
Caste Certificate : For reserved category candidates.
Aadhaar Card For Id Proof : Aadhaar card, Voter ID, or any other government-issued ID.
Domicile Certificate : Proof of residence for candidates from Rajasthan state.
Other Certificates : Certificates for special categories (such as PH, Ex-servicemen) if applicable.
