We start with a £37 ($47) stay at Northgate Hotel in Ratchayothin before heading out to see more of the city. After spotting giant monitor lizards at Lumphini Park, we walk to Central World shopping mall, grab lunch at Prime Burger 🍔, and even consider a luxury cinema experience.

Later, we check out our budget Bangkok hotel, explore the rooftop pool, and then dive into the chaos of Chinatown! From fresh lobsters 🦞 to the cheapest meals we’ve had in Thailand, we try amazing local food before finishing the night at Shanghai Mansion Bangkok, a jazz bar with incredible live music 🎶.
