How to make homemade tomato sauce.....

Ingredients:
Chopped tomato
1/2 cut beetroot
Garlic 8-9 cloves
Ginger
Onion
Kashmir Red chillis
Clove (लौंग)
Black pepper
Ilaichi - 1
Tej patta (bay leaf)
Khajur (soaked without seeds)
Salt
Black salt
Sugar
Vinegar

Preparation time 40 min max
Storage upto 2-3 months
Process of making:
Take 1 kg fresh tomato cut it into small pieces.
Add all the ingredients mentioned above ( without salt, sugar , black pepper and vinegar) in cooker.
pressure cook it for 3 whistle and let it cool down completely. Remove the bay leaf and ilaihi and grind it until it comes out in smooth paste. pour a mixture through a sieve and again cook it for about 5 min add Salt, black pepper, sugar and vinegar and Store it in air tight container and enjoy guilt free....
