This might come as a shock to most people. Hidive was expected to give competition to crunchyroll, but for no clear reason, it is shutting its activities down in most non-English speaking countries. It got rights for some of the popular anime like Oshi no ko. Let’s see how things pan out for Hidive, and if a competitor ever comes up for Crunchyroll.
