In this video recipe, you will learn how to cook artichoke risotto,which is full of flavour and super healthy, vegan and gluten-free‼️

Ingredients (for 2 to 4)
6/8 Artichokes
One Onion
One Green Pepper
One garlic clove
One Chopped Tomato
250gr Rice
250ml white wine
250ml vegetable stock (optional)
500ml water
One Bay Leaf
Salt
Black Pepper
Olive oil
Preparation:
Chop the vegetables and fry them for around 10 minutes and then add the vegetable stock, the white wine and the water. Boil for around 5 minutes and then add the rice. Boil the rice for around 15 minutes (medium-low heat) and stir the rice regularly. If you feel that the rice is getting stuck or is too dry, add a little bit of water.
After 15 minutes boiling, turn off the heat and cover for 5 minutes.
