As Valentine’s Day is right around the corner,today I’ve shared three strawberrylicious desserts. Make these for yourself or your loved ones and do let me know in the comment section how it turned out.

INGREDIENTS

▪️Strawberry cheesecake cups
Cream cheese 100gm
Whipped cream 2 tablespoons
Sweetened condensed milk 2 tbspn
Melted butter 2 tablespoons
Biscuit crumb 1/2cup
Chopped strawberry 1/2cup

▪️strawberry parfait
Vanilla custard 1cup
Sponge cake slices -4-5
Biscuit crumbs 2-3tbspns
Fresh strawberry chopped 3tbspn
Strawberry jam 5 teaspoons
FOR GARNISH
Whipped cream 3-4 teaspoons
Whole strawberry
Wafer rolls 2

▪️strawberry mousse
250ml milk
50ml warm water
15gm gelatine
1/2cup sugar
1cup strawberry purée
100ml heavy cream whipped
Pink food colour 2/3 drops
FOR GARNISH
Whipped cream 2/3 teaspoons
Whole strawberry
Mint leaves
