American ‘Buddha Bowls’ 🍜

North America has given us egg rolls and chicken balls, but when it comes to names, the Buddha Bowl takes the prize. At least this time, the dish actually delivers great macros too. Here’s my take on it!

🥢 Ingredients:

Super thin vermicelli noodles
Roasted sweet potato
Roasted marinated tofu
Roasted red & yellow bell peppers
Grilled chicken
Cucumber slices
Pickled ginger
Soft-boiled egg
🥢 Tangy Sauce:

Fresh lime juice
Honey
Sriracha
Soy sauce or Maggi sauce
Sesame oil

Garnish with sesame seeds, fresh herbs, mix it all up, and enjoy!
