In this video I share with you the first days of 2025, I went to admire the first sunrinse of the year, bake lemon madeleines, and cook a comforting, quick and simple butter soup. And also see a lot of cute animals.

Madeleines recipe :
3 Eggs
150g Sugar
1/2 Lemon zest
1/2 Lemon juice
200g Flour
8g Baking powder
100g Melted butter
50g Milk

Mix together the eggs and the sugar until it begins to lighten in color.
Add the lemon zest and juice and mix together.
Add about three quarter of the milk and mix.
Mix together the baking powder and the flour and then add the dry mix to the wet one slowly.
Add the melted butter and the remaining milk and mix well one last time.
Let the dough rest in the fridge for about one hour ( I skip this part but it can be useful I think)
Preheat your oven at 250°C
When it’s time to put your madeleines in the oven decrease the oven temperature at 200°C and let it cook for about ten to twelve minutes.
And voilà!
