-Cinnamon sticks - 3 pieces
-Cardamom - 5
-Cloves - 5
-Chopped ginger - 1 tbsp

-Green chili slices - 3
-1 large onion sliced
-Few curry leaves
-Salt - 1/2 tsp
-Chicken - 500g
-Garam masala - 1/4 + 1/4 tsp
-Pepper powder - 1/4 1/4 tsp
-1 diced potato
-1 diced carrot
-1 bay leaf
-Thin coconut milk - 2 cups
-Thick coconut milk - 3/4 cup
