Rockstar Games vs Take 2 Interactive
In July I uploaded a video talking about a Rockstar Games fan and modder who was in a very crazy lawsuit with Take 2 Interactive over a Red Dead Redemption Visual Enhancement Mod. Well that lawsuit has come to an end with the modder losing. The thing is, Take 2 Interactive used very unethical manners during this lawsuit such as harrassing this modder's family and even his own MOM via texts and phone calls. This is a multi-million dollar company we're talking about here. While both parties are in the wrong, it is sad to see a very talented modder punished for trying to better enhance a game that Take 2 has already forgotten about because it doesn't have Shark Cards. Maybe that last statement was a bit ignorant, but still. Take 2 is also breaking Rockstar Games own Terms of Service policies regarding copyrighted content. Simply because they can.
