1. EASY REFRIGERATOR DILL PICKLES

These are truly SO easy! You don't even have to process them - you just make up the brine, put everything in jars, stick them in the fridge, and a week later you have pickles! No big dill...er, deal!

2. QUICK HOMEMADE BREAD AND BUTTER PICKLES

What are "Bread and Butter" Pickles? The name is thought to have come from the Depression era when people would put these pickles between two slices of buttered bread and eat it as a sandwich. However they came to be, they are both slightly sweet and slightly sour and oh so good on sandwiches and burgers!

3. THE BEST HOMEMADE PEACH JAM

This jam goes on everything I can reasonably put it on - toast, pancakes...the kids enjoy it on their peanut butter sandwiches and we all want to be the one to lick the spoon after making our meal! The touch of cinnamon is delightful!
