[Training & Awards System]
When you join the company, you undergo in-person training at our headquarters. Following on from on-the-job training, we offer training through company-wide meetings, team meetings, and one-on-one meetings. In addition to in-house training, we also offer qualification subsidies to help you gain knowledge and experience. The Naresome Awards are held every six months, and MVPs and Newcomers are recognized at the graduation party.
