Synopsis:
Set in South Korea’s fictional Silicon Valley called , Start-Up tells the story of people in the world of startup companies. The series revolves around Seo Dal-mi (played by Bae Suzy), a bright and ambitious young woman who dreams of becoming Korea’s Steve Jobs. Despite her humble background, Dal-mi is passionate about her work and has experience in a wide range of part-time jobs. Her life takes an unexpected turn when she encounters Nam Do-san (played by Nam Joo-hyuk), the founder of Samsan Tech. Do-san, once a math genius, now faces business challenges, and his path crosses with Dal-mi’s. A love triangle unfolds as Dal-mi navigates her feelings between Do-san and another man pretending to be her first love.
