I was actually reading about perfectionism this morning. There is a difference between healthy striving and perfectionism. Research shows that perfectionism hampers success and sets us on the path of “life paralysis.”

Life paralysis refers to the opportunities we miss because we are too afraid to put anything out in the world that could be imperfect. It's also dreams we don't follow because of our deep fear of failure 📉.
