Today I had marinated salmon noodles♡
I marinated the salmon I bought at Costco for an hour♪
It's marinated in soy sauce, mirin, sake, and sesame oil, and the flavor is addictive😋
I also added egg yolk and salmon roe, which made it even more delicious♡
It was the perfect side dish for rice🍚
It's been a while since I had salmon noodles, and they were delicious🍜
I'd like to eat seafood and rice together again🤤
The vegetables were broccoli sprouts and cucumber.
