Successful endeavors tend to remain as a single line of experience on a resume.

They are certainly nice to show off to others.

Strangely enough, however, what visits me more often in the sleepless dawn are the things called "experiences."

Like jokes that can no longer be taken back,

or sincerity that ultimately failed to blend into the noise of midday.

The world nonchalantly says, "It’s all experience," but in reality, it is closer to a pure loss that isn't even tax-deductible.

Who would consider these painful experiences as qualifications?

After all, it’s not like I can write in my personal statement, "I am an expert at getting hurt."

But do you know?

Career proves who I am, but experience makes me who I am.

A person with only experience is like smooth marble;

when it rains, the rain simply flows down the surface and rolls away.

But a person who has stockpiled a lot of bad experiences

absorbs the rainwater deep into their core, like an old tree. So, when you sit beside such a person, you can subtly smell the scent of earth, the scent of rain-soaked trees, and ultimately, the scent of humanity.

Keep the successes in your career and celebrate them.
