This bathroom was so dark, dirty and neglected so I CANNOT believe how fresh and styled it looks! My sister-in-law's bathroom desperately needed an upgrade after DECADES of renters and landlord specials, and I really wanted to preserve all of the really cool Craftsman-style architectural details, but I had to do it with $500 or less! So after putting in TONS of elbow grease to restore the original tile floor and original fixtures, patching up the walls to emphasize the beautiful detail work, and giving this space a fresh coat of paint with a little optical twist, my sister-in-law and her family are absolutely in love with their brand new bathroom! It's both calming and minimal, plus the additional organization and extra storage I added has absolutely decluttered their space to just make it functional again!
