Thank you to the many partners who came together for the first Hannah Penn K - 8 Community Event, a collaboration between CPC's Community of Hope and the Family First Health Hannah Penn Health Center.

Participants rotated through five different stations on specific topics, staffed by CPC's Health and Nutrition, WIC, and Community Outreach teams, Penn State Extension Nutrition Links, and Family First Health. Each family also received a giveaway bag and York Fresh Food Farms Community Bucks to be spent at their Mobile Market at Community of Hope/Hannah Penn that same day.

The feedback was very positive! Families enjoyed it, learned about different services that are available, and are excited for the next one. We look forward to seeing you in July!
