Good morrow everyone! In this video join me while I craft a felt flower fairy hat based on a famous artwork. I explore how the saying, "Life imitates art" as my inspiration from the painting The Knight of the Flowers (or Le Chevalier aux fleurs) led me to a chain of events in my life that ended with me in France, dancing around a knight in shining armor!

Making the flower hat was pretty simple and mostly no-sew DIY project. I go through the steps to make the fairy hat from materials needed, to cutting, and painting. 🎨

This project was fueled by my love of medieval adventures, knights, fae, and art. I can't wait to wear this hat to the Renaissance festival! If you are interested in hearing more about the chateau retreat I attended, please let me know in the comments.
