INGREDIENTS FOR 2 BOTTLES:
🛒 CUSTARD CREAM:
700ml of whole milk.
130grs of sugar.
100grs of egg yolks.
60grs of cornstarch (Maizena).
1 tbsp vanilla.

🛒 700ML TRADITIONAL CREAM PUNCH:
Half of the pastry cream.
200grs of condensed milk.
130ml of Venezuelan rum.
1 tsp vanilla.

🛒 700ML CHOCOLATE PUNCH:
Half of the pastry cream.
200grs of condensed milk.
130ml of Venezuelan rum.
80grs of 70% dark chocolate melted.
1 tsp vanilla.

🥣 PREPARATION:

➡️ Start by mixing the ingredients for the pastry cream in a pot and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until it is very thick.
➡️ Place it in a glass mold with plastic wrap on the skin and refrigerate it for 6 hours.
➡️ When it is ready, put half of it in the blender and add condensed milk, rum, vanilla and blend for 5 minutes.
➡️ Pour it into a glass bottle, previously sterilized, and refrigerate it.
➡️ For the Chocolate CREAM PUNCH, repeat the previous process and add the chocolate melted in a double boiler or in the microwave.
➡️ Blend for 7 minutes, store in a bottle and refrigerate.
