In aviation, dihedral wings increase aircraft stability on the roll axis. In this video I wanted to explain the physics and engineering behind this phenomenon. There are a lot of misconceptions and false physics surrounding many aerodynamics topics, and I specifically wanted to address dihedral wings since they're very common in RC and full scale aviation.
