Ingredients

4-5 medium size potatoes
Boil with very little water
Take 2-3 whistles on medium high flame
Peel potatoes carefully
Mash the potatoes smooth
Grate 2 cheese cubes
Pizza seasoning
Chilii flakes
Salt to taste
Corn flour 1/2 cup
Mix well
Garlic powder
Mix and knead like a dough
Make tikkis (ring) as shown
Make a small whole
Make smooth rings
Fry on medium flame
Cook till golden brown and crisp
