Man's Search for Meaning is a life changing book, if there ever was one. And I do not say that lightly. As someone who has spent a good few years reading, devouring & digesting multiple non fiction books, of the self help kind, of the philosophy kind, of the psychology kind etc, I have a certain level of discernment now when it comes to recommending books.

This short video is a clip from a complete book review video I recently shared on The Unlearning Playground where I summarised this beautiful book. I wanted to get into a brief summary of what it is all about. The title of the book is a bit of a giveaway to the fact that it is indeed about finding the purpose of your life and adding more meaning & significance to it, but this book is so much more than just another attempt from a philosopher trying to decipher the undecodable.

There is some contrarian education here that I wish everyone should devour. Along those lines, I share 3 key powerful unlearnings (read life lessons) I think everyone should gather from this book, so even if I am not able to encourage you enough to pick this book for yourself, at least spend 16 minutes with me on this video so that you get a glimpse of the nectar it has to offer.
