Have you ever questioned what this was? And what you are supposed to do with it?

You must endorse it per 31 CFR 328.5 and 328.6 , and send it to the indentured trustee of the company. (Not a PO BOX) that’s the payment or the performance that’s needed

Once you do that, they are supposed to accept or reject.

Most companies reject it because it’s not sent to a Person, or it’s not registered mail.

Make sure you are doing this when doing the process

But remember if you get rejected, follow the instructions UCC 3-603
