■About Nakajima/HR Manager
Graduated from the School of Law at Waseda University. For 10 years, Nakajima worked at a major human resources venture, engaging in a wide range of roles, including CA, RA, marketing, and new business launch. He also managed an organization of up to 60 employees as it expanded from 100 to 1,500. He joined Narsome as HR Manager, responsible for recruitment, training, and organizational management.
