Sexual Violence Awareness Part 3

April is Sexual Violence Awareness month and we have been releasing videos throughout the month to help raise awareness and start conversations about how we can all make ourselves safer and make the word "No" hold more than hope.

Our program has a heavy focus on grappling but also includes concepts from Muay Thai as well. We have three full time coaches who have a variety of martial arts experience. We are based in Columbus, Ohio and offer seminars for the community of Columbus!
