We are having to take back one of our London properties due to the investor stopping rent payments to the landlord. Despite the property performing well and generating £7,000 in revenue, the contract is now void.
However, the positive outcome is that the agent was impressed with our professional handling of the property and now wants to give us more properties to manage.
