FUTURE LEADERS an innovative training programme in percussion, brass, dance, and visual arts for young artists aged 12-25 with a focus on Carnival arts.

The course involves 4 residential weeks/weekends at The Vale in Greater Manchester, which is a Carnival Centre for excellence in the North.

Being a leader doesn’t always mean standing at the front or being the director. In the arts, a leader can be an enthusiastic person who knows how to bring people together, or someone who possesses great artistic skill and can inspire and help others to develop theirs.

Global Grooves are passionate about sharing our extensive experience and passion with the UK’s future talent to allow even more artists and projects to grow and flourish.
