The difference of coaching and consulting is getting blurred by some these days, but here’s my take; THEY ARE VERY DIFFERENT.

A consultant is going to tell you what to do.

A coach is going to ask the right questions that help that leader find the right answers to move forward.

I live in the coaching realm. I have a lot of experience as a sales leader, but I’m not here to tell you what to do.

I ask my clients the questions that help him/her uncover how they can strengthen their path forward with the right answers.

So in other words, coaching requires that the leader wants to grow.

And personal growth is only sought after by those who are truly interested in growing as a leader.
