The Digital Women in Defence photography project was created to shine a light and inspire the next generation of digital and data talent. We asked our Senior leaders across Defence to highlight women from all ranks and grades that stand out as role models within Data and Digital. Working with award-winning female photographer, Sane Seven the portraits highlight both the strength and femininity of the participants, breaking away from the norm. The resulting portraits aim to be thought provoking, innovative and creative in order to inspire the next generation of female digital leaders.
