It's completely "do-able" & recommended to fit these in, even with a #HIIT training session. Functional exercises are extremely important in helping our body move fluidly & resist common injuries. (Plus it's a fun variation & who doesn't like a little variety, right?😜👍🏼🏋🏽‍♀️). Functional training includes mimicking the body's natural path of muscular movement & it's CRUCIAL to aging gracefully. Adding balance type exercises is also key. We all want to feel safe & capable.
