Monthly checks for everyone, universal basic income explained
In this video, we are discussing a concept that we see in the headlines quite a bit which is referred to as UBI, universal basic income which essentially establishes ongoing monthly checks for virtually everybody. We're talking about UBI, universal basic income and some of the other concepts that are also out their including guarantee basic income, basic income, universal high income, universal compute income and some others. As of right now, there is not a universal basic income program or monthly check program in place across the entire country for everybody, however there are multiple different guarantee basic income programs all across the country being established on the county level, city level level. We are discussing the details of these, the differences of these types of programs and why universal basic income or ongoing monthly checks for everybody is a great concept but also not very feasible. We are also giving some realistic examples of different approaches that would be more affective versus universal basic income here in this video.
