This 20 minute full body dumbbell power workout includes a warm up and cooldown and will leave you feeling strong and powerful! We are focusing on strengthening both large muscle groups (quads, glutes, hamstrings, chest and back) AND smaller muscle groups (shoulders, biceps, triceps and core) all wrapped up in 20 minutes.

I've included modifications for some exercises for those looking for a low impact strength workout!

Workout Format ⏱️: 45 and 30 second intervals
Equipment: Dumbbells or Weights (I'm using 10lb/4.5kg weights for reference!)

Each interval we complete 2 full body power moves + 1 unilateral movement and end with a 3 minute core finisher!

1️⃣ POWER: Squat Press
2️⃣ POWER: Pullthroughs
3️⃣ UNILATERAL: Curtsy Chop (R, L, R, L)
4️⃣ POWER: Burpee Curl
5️⃣ POWER: Deadlift Row
6️⃣ UNILATERAL: Single Leg Deadlift Press (R, L, R, L)
7️⃣ CORE: Crunch Complex
8️⃣ CORE: Sit Up Twist
9️⃣ CORE: Superman Press Up
