In today’s tutorial, I’m taking a pair of tiny thrifted breadboards and giving them a brand-new life using Iron Orchid Designs Chanticleer mould, Roycycled’s Fall Flock masterboard decoupage paper, and Annie Sloan chalk paint.

I’ll walk you through the entire process step by step:
✨ Prepping and painting the boards
✨ Decoupaging with Roycycled paper for a seamless, wrinkle-free finish
✨ Painting and dry-brushing resin castings with Annie Sloan Honfleur & Paprika Red
✨ Highlighting details with Fusion’s copper wax & DIY gilding wax
✨ Assembling it all into a pair of charming fall-inspired décor pieces

This project is all about layering textures, playing with color, and making something beautiful out of the simplest thrift finds. If you’ve been curious about working with molds, resin castings, or trying decoupage with tissue-style papers, this is a great project to start with.
