David Döbele graduated as one of the best students from Goethe University in Frankfurt, Germany. During his studies, he interned at the Swiss bank UBS, and later started a YouTube channel providing career advice. Due to the success of his career coaching events, together with his co-founder ‪@EmployerBrandingbypumpkin‬, they founded their startup PumpkinCareers in early 2020. They company started growing incredibly fast, due to extremely high demand for coaching and career advice in Consulting, Investment Banking, and Private Equity.

Nowadays, PumpkinCareers has an office in downtown Frankfurt, with a spectacular skyline view and rooftop terrace. They coach almost 1,000 ambitious students interested in careers in the aforementioned fields. Most of their resources are available online, for free, on their YouTube channels and other platforms
