Our pharmacies serve our inpatient and long-term care population and are filled with pediatric pharmacists who are fluent in pediatric dosing of all medications. Our team is extremely focused on patient safety and is involved in the daily compounding and dispensing of solid and liquid medications in their most ready-to-use form for our patients. They work closely with our staff to ensure the safe administration of medications and provide discharge counseling for each family for a safe transition to home.
