颱風山陀兒於清晨接近台灣南部外海,

Due to the surrounding environment, it continued to weaken. After the morning, its speed began to increase, and it made landfall in Kaohsiung around noon. This footage was filmed between 10:00 AM and 11:00 AM on October 3rd.
