Some habits I've been implementing in the last few weeks before the New Year. Simple habits you can start trying now without having to wait until 2026. These habits are mostly easy to implement and will take care of your physical and mental well-being during the busiest months of the year. Remember that healthy productivity is very individual and aims to help us achieve our work or academic goals without neglecting our overall well-being. Mental and physical health should be one of our priorities. These habits may or may not work; the important thing is to try different things and discover what works for us.
